In accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998, your details will only be kept for the purpose of this course and future courses hosted by Wave 23. Your details will never be passed on to other third parties and they will be deleted immediately at your request.

Cancellation Policy
Course payments are non-refundable should you be unable to attend the course. If any sessions are
cancelled due to weather/sea/pool conditions, a full refund for the cancelled session will be made.

Swimmer's Acceptance
I have completed this form to the best of my knowledge and I have read the Welcome page. I understand and agree to abide by the Code of Conduct detailed on the welcome page and to inform the swim coach immediately if it becomes difficult for me to do so.
